Purpose, scope and use of personal data

Personal data in information that directly or indirectly pertain to your person or can be categorized as such.  

Data we process:

• basic contact information for individual identification (name, last name, phone number, e-mail address)
• data, we need to fill out the contract and delivery of ordered goods (data on payment and financing, billing information, delivery address, warranty, warranty claims and other communication, pertaining to purchase)
• data you have entered when you consented to e-mail notifications (price lists, e-news: notification on sales, discounts and news on our products)
  You can change your data at any time and have a right to revoke your consent at any time.

Personal data storage

We store and process personal data for contracts, keeping in touch with partners, preparing and sending offers and price list, to answer inquiries, for marketing notifications via e-mail, sales promotion, partner profiling in order to prepare personalized offer of content and products in e-mail.

We also process data to enable registration on our web site, keeping records of registered partners and for statistical analysis of sales and web site usage.

Personal data is stored during the time when you have a status of registered user on our web site or until you revoke the agreement for storage and processing. Data entry and agreement for storage are voluntary.

Terms of use of Print-materials online store (azurefilm.com) have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the recommendations of GZS and international codes for e-business, with the Law on Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA-1) and the Law on electronic communications (ZEKom-1). By using this website, the visitor (customer) agrees with the general terms and conditions. The visitor, who will enter any information, is obliged to enter only accurate and truthful data, information, materials, etc. Inaccurate and untrue information will be treated as abusive, and we will hand it over to the relevant legal department. The data obtained through the online forms and when ordering will be used only for the purposes of the Grain d.o.o. company.

E-NEWS

ORDERS

The offer of items online can be changed daily, all the items online have online prices. You can order the desired items electronically via the online catalog or using a purchase order via email: info@grain.si or over the phone on the basis of the price list. Information about the contract or about the order are stored in the Grain d.o.o. company. The contract may be concluded in the Slovenian language. You can conclude the contract or the order by phone, email or online through the online store. Corrections or additions to the contract can be sent by e-mail.

STEPS OF PURCHASE

Step 3: There is a list of all the items you want to order and the total amount of the purchase. The client confirms that he is aware of the conditions of ordering, otherwise it is not possible to complete the order. In this step, you can complete the order.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Delivery of goods takes 2-10 working days - depends on the country of delivery.

RETURN OF GOODS

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) you can return your ordered items, purchased under a distance contract (which includes purchases via the Internet), without giving a reason. If you decide to withdraw from the contract, you have the right to inform us about your withdrawal, within 14 days. In this case, you must return the items that you have received immediately and no later than 30 days after notification of withdrawal.

INVOICING, PAYMENT FOR GOODS

Grain d.o.o. company issues an invoice for the ordered goods on delivery of the goods. The buyer pays ordered goods in stock on delivery (COD). Larger orders of legal entities (by quantitative and by value) can be contracted, payment must be made directly to the bank account of Grain company. Ordered goods are owned by Grain d.o.o. until the full purchase price is paid.

ORDER CANCELLATION

A user can cancel the order within 2 hours after placing the order via email or telephone.

The Grain d.o.o. company analyzes data on visits to the online store Print-materials, the statistics of daily visits, daily collection of specific files, from which country was the visitor, who picked up the file, daily. ARCHIVES OF DOCUMENT

We will send an e-mailed order confirmation for all of your orders. You will receive an invoice with the delivery of the shipment. Registered customer can request the copies of the documents, which he will receive by e-mail or by regular mail.
